The Good Neighbor is a brand strategy consultancy. In late 2022, I was commissioned to develop a comprehensive visual identity, as well as a new website. Working with leading developers, place-based organizations, retailers and hospitality groups, The Good Neighbor helps businesses be better neighbors by connecting with consumers through meaningful experiential retail, placemaking and brand strategy.
The challenge was to create a brand from scratch, communicating trust, authority, and expertise to a mostly corporate clientele. The solution was to craft a logo and brand kit that was both minimalist and elegant, with a touch of organic elements. The primary logo is a simple logotype in the shape of a smile.
Deliverables included the new logo, color palette, font selections, graphic and text elements, brand guidelines, business cards, presentation templates, and a new website.
